The property is located in a prime spot, allowing for a truly rural experience while still having plenty of great activities nearby. the lodge itself was spacious and well-equipped with two bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious hot tub. the owners truly went above and beyond to ensure accessibility for all guests, which was greatly appreciated as one of our party had mobility issues. the garden with a barbecue was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. To the fantastic amenities at the lodge, such as the pool table, darts, and full Sky TV package, we also took advantage of the nearby skiing opportunities in the area. the convenience of private parking onsite made it easy to come and go as we pleased, and the sauna provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. the attention to detail in the lodge, from the well-designed furnishings to the fully-equipped kitchen, made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, Mountain View Lodge exceeded all of our expectations and I can't recommend it enough for a relaxing getaway in the Highlands. the location, amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout the property made for a perfect stay, and I look forward to returning in the future. Kudos to the owners for creating such a welcoming and accessible space for guests to enjoy.
